sutrr tools respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Services to do the same. This policy explains how to submit a copyright infringement notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe content accessible through our Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
  • Your contact information, including address, phone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Designated Agent

Send DMCA notices to our designated agent via our Contact page, using the subject line "DMCA Notice."

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing your contact information, identification of the removed material and its prior location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court.

4. Repeat Infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
