How this one is different
Every other tool on this site runs entirely in your browser, with nothing ever uploaded. Genuinely matching how Word itself renders a document — fonts, exact table borders and shading, colors, header/footer placement, page layout — isn't something a browser-only tool can do; it takes an actual document engine. So this tool is the one exception: your file is sent to our own server, converted there using LibreOffice (an open-source office suite, not a third-party service), and the result is sent back. The file isn't stored or shared — it exists only for the moment it takes to convert.
What it does
Converts the .docx exactly as a document engine renders it: fonts, table borders and shading, colors, headers/footers, page layout — matching Word's own output far more closely than a client-side re-implementation ever could.
